The Social Ministry Committee extends Christian compassion and helpfulness to those in need in our community. This is primarily, but not exclusively accomplished through our relationship with HOPE Community Services. The committee also studies social concerns in order to bring information to the members for thoughtful Christian discussion of the facts and issues, as well as ways we can help. St. Luke’s is also home to two Alcoholics Anonymous groups and a Boy Scout troop.
